10 Days of Breathing and Meditation Journey!

The following breathing exercises and meditations can be practiced to improve the state of our physical and mental health. You may find some of the breathing exercises easy to do while others might be a bit more advanced. If you have not done breathing exercises before, I suggest checking with your doctor / caregiver if these breathing exercises are good for you. Follow the instructions carefully and do what you can easily and comfortably - there is no competition :)

For better breathing and meditation experience, it is recommended that you do it on an empty stomach or couple of hours after having a big meal.
